What regions do you serve?
Canada and the United States are run directly by CEECAM, based in Ottawa. The Caribbean is delivered through our long-standing partner DCS in Barbados: same managed-service model, local presence. Cuba excluded.
How quickly will you respond?
Canada and US: sales@ceecam.net, one business day. Caribbean: route through DCS at dcs.bb. Active-site issues on existing deployments: support@ceecam.net.
Who do I contact for a Caribbean project?
DCS (dcs.bb) covers Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, the Lesser Antilles, the Bahamas, and the rest of the region (Cuba excluded). Same service stack, with local survey, install, monitoring, and recovery.
What information helps scope a quote?
Site location, project duration, what you need the cameras to do (documentation, live streaming, security, or alarm), any uplink reality on site, and access for install and recovery.
Do you travel for site surveys?
Yes. CEECAM travels across Canada and the US; DCS handles the Caribbean. Surveys are part of the managed service when the deployment warrants one, typically CSS or Ajax. TLS time-lapse is usually scoped remotely.
Can I buy hardware directly?
Yes. Systems can be purchased outright, leased, or rented, and every option is paired with a service plan. CEECAM (Canada / US) and DCS (Caribbean) deploy, monitor, and support the equipment either way, so an owned system stays managed for the life of the project. See /pricing for the three models.
Is there a demo available?
