Construction Site Video Security & Remote Monitoring

CSS SERIES

Protect Your Perimeter

Full-stack monitored video security for active construction sites — cameras, recording, and 24/7 trained operators in one managed service.

CEECAM's construction site security combines thermal cameras, video analytics, two-way audio, and active deterrents — monitored 24/7 by trained operators at CEECAM's monitoring partners, who verify threats and dispatch response in real time. Theft and vandalism don't just cost materials. They cost schedule.

Illustrative layout — every site is surveyed and laid out to suit.

Theft and vandalism on a construction site don't just cost materials. They cost schedule. CEECAM watches the site so the project team doesn't have to.

Who it’s for

Project Managers

Reduce risk exposure and insurance claims with documented, monitored coverage from groundbreaking to handover.

Superintendents

Eyes on site after hours without driving back. Operators handle the alarm — you sleep.

Estimators

A defendable line item in the prelims that protects the GC's margin against theft, vandalism, and schedule slip.

Overview

CSS is CEECAM's monitored video security service for active construction sites. Hardened thermal and visible cameras detect motion in any light, on-unit analytics filter the noise, and trained operators at CEECAM's 24/7 monitoring partners verify every event in real time — challenging intruders through two-way audio, triggering deterrents, and dispatching the appropriate response. Not consumer cameras with a notification. A managed service that responds.

Detect, deter, dispatch

Thermal cameras detect in complete darkness. LED alarm lighting and operator-intercept audio deter on the spot. Monitoring dispatches response when deterrence isn't enough.

Trained operators, not a notification

Every alarm is verified live by a trained operator at CEECAM's 24/7 monitoring partners. No app pings, no DIY triage at 2 a.m. — verified events go to police, security, or the site contact.

Active deterrence on the spot

Two-way loudspeakers let operators speak to anyone on site. LED alarm lighting and pre-recorded warnings escalate before a theft happens, not after.

One platform, one timeline

CSS event clips, alarms, and monitoring activity flow into CeePlayer alongside time-lapse and Ajax interior detection. One dashboard, one project history.

Built for active construction sites

IP56 enclosures, lightning protection, thermostatic heater and fan, −40 °C to +70 °C operating range. Year-round outdoor deployment, not a consumer install.

Turn-key scope

CEECAM runs site survey, station placement, camera scoping, uplink provisioning, monitoring enrollment, configuration, and removal at project end. One service, one vendor.

What you get

Verified deterrence

Operators challenge intruders live through two-way audio and LED alarm lighting — most events end before a theft occurs.

Documented incidents

Every event recorded, time-stamped, and accessible through CeePlayer for insurance, claims, and chain-of-custody review.

Remote dispatch capability

Police, security, or designated site contact dispatched on verified alarm — no on-site security personnel required.

CeePlayer

Runs on CeePlayer

Every camera on one screen

Projects running more than one camera get a single wall instead of a login per unit. Switch layout and stream quality to suit whatever connection you are on.

Frequently asked

Common questions

Answers to what estimators, supers, and project teams ask most.

How is this different from a consumer camera with an app?
A consumer camera sends you a notification. CSS is a monitored service — when an event triggers, a trained operator verifies it in real time, talks to the intruder through two-way audio, and dispatches the appropriate response. Hardware is construction-grade (IP56, lightning-protected, thermal-capable); recording is continuous; and the service includes 24/7 monitoring as standard. It's a category apart from notification-driven products.
What actually triggers an operator to respond?
On-unit video analytics flag motion, intrusion patterns, vehicle and person detection — when one of these matches a configured trigger, the event lands with CEECAM's monitoring partners. A trained operator pulls the live feed, verifies what's happening, and decides whether to deter (audio + lighting) or dispatch. False triggers (wildlife, weather, debris) are cleared without alerting the project team.
Is footage stored on site or in the cloud?
Both. Each CSS-M station has an on-site video recorder (NVR) with 14-day retention as standard — longer windows on request. Footage is also accessible through CeePlayer for live view and remote playback by the project team. No DVR to maintain on site.
What gets dispatched, and by whom?
On a verified event, the operator routes the appropriate response — police (as a verified alarm), private security, or the designated site contact. Detection, operator verification, and escalation run as one continuous workflow, 24 hours a day.
Do I need internet on site?
Cellular is the default uplink and works on most sites. Satellite, point-to-point wireless, or wired are used where the site requires it. CEECAM provisions and manages the link as part of the deployment — the project team doesn't coordinate the carrier.
What about sites without reliable power?
120/240V AC standard. Battery backup and solar for off-grid sites — the system stays online for satellite locations, staged-construction phases, and remote infrastructure jobs.
Is the system removed at project completion?
Yes. CSS deployments are temporary and non-destructive. CEECAM scopes, installs, configures, monitors, and recovers all hardware at the end of the project — nothing stays behind unless the client elects to retain it.
