Construction Time-Lapse & Webcam Cameras

TLS + LSS

Document Your Build

Turn-key time-lapse and live webcam that documents the project, satisfies stakeholders, and delivers a marketing-ready record at handover.

CEECAM's construction time-lapse and webcam systems give project teams a continuous visual record from groundbreaking to handover. High-resolution fixed and pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras capture site progress automatically — so when ownership asks "where are we at," you send a link.

Document every shift on every floor — and turn it into something the whole team uses, every week of the project.

Who it’s for

Project Managers

A defendable visual record from day one — change orders, milestone evidence, insurance documentation, and a single link to share with ownership.

Marketing & Comms

Public live webcam, polished handover film, custom photosets — a content stream the marketing team can actually use without coordinating with the field.

Estimators

One line item, one vendor, one number for time-lapse + webcam + handover deliverable. No multi-vendor coordination during the bid.

Overview

Time-lapse and live webcam are the same camera platform doing two jobs: building a defendable visual record of the entire project, and giving owners, marketing, and supers a live link they can check anytime. CEECAM provisions, installs, configures, and removes the cameras. Footage flows into CeePlayer for playback, comparison, sharing, and a polished handover deliverable. One managed service from groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting.

Time-lapse that doubles as documentation

An audit-grade visual record of every phase — useful for change-order verification, dispute resolution, LEED documentation, and insurance evidence long after the project is closed out.

Live webcam streaming

A direct link owners, board members, and marketing teams can check anytime. No login coordination, no scheduled calls, no drive to site just for a status update.

One platform, one timeline

Time-lapse, live webcam, and event clips from CSS and Ajax all live in CeePlayer. Side-by-side phase comparison, custom photosets, mobile access — one project history in one place.

Marketing-ready footage at handover

A finished time-lapse film and curated project gallery delivered at completion — ready for client presentations, award submissions, project pages, and trade-press placements.

Photography on schedule

For LEED documentation, structural-phase records, and marketing packages, CEECAM's photography service runs alongside the cameras on the project's milestone schedule — added to the engagement when the project needs it.

Turn-key scope

Site survey, mounting, power, uplink, configuration, monitoring, and removal at completion — all included. The project team never touches a cable.

What you get

Audit-grade visual record

Every shift, every floor, every phase — captured automatically and archived in CeePlayer for the life of the project, with a 90-day download window at handover.

Stakeholder-ready streaming

A live webcam link shareable to clients, ownership, board members, marketing — fewer site visits, no scheduling.

Handover deliverable

A polished final time-lapse film and curated project gallery delivered at completion — ready for client and marketing use.

CeePlayer

Runs on CeePlayer

The whole build, at a glance

Step a viewpoint through hours, days, weeks or months without downloading anything. Periods with no capture are shown rather than quietly skipped, so the record is honest about its own gaps.

Frequently asked

Common questions

Answers to what estimators, supers, and project teams ask most.

How often are frames captured?
Capture cadence is set per project. A frame every 15 minutes is the standard tier for active construction; faster tiers — every 5 minutes, every minute, or sub-minute — are available where the work warrants it. CEECAM tightens the interval around milestone events — concrete pours, lifts, façade installation — and adjusts as the build phases shift.
Can the live webcam be public, or kept private?
Both. Public-facing streams can be embedded on a project marketing page or shared via direct link; private streams are restricted to the project team via CeePlayer access. Many projects run both — a public stream for marketing, full archive access for the team.
How long is footage retained?
Every capture stays in CeePlayer for the life of the project. At handover the archive remains available for download for 90 days as standard, matching CEECAM's Terms of Service. Longer windows on request for compliance, dispute, or marketing needs.
What about sites without reliable uplink?
Cellular is the default uplink and works on most sites. Satellite, point-to-point wireless, or wired are used where the site requires it. Cameras buffer locally and upload when the link is available — footage isn't lost on intermittent connections.
What happens at project completion?
CEECAM removes all hardware — cameras, mounts, power, uplink. The final time-lapse film and curated project gallery are delivered as part of the handover package; the CeePlayer archive stays available for download for 90 days as standard. Longer windows on request.
Can the live stream be embedded on a project website?
Yes. CeePlayer provides embed codes for public streams that drop directly into a project page, marketing site, or owner portal. Player chrome and branding follow the project by default.
