How does pricing work?
We quote based on your specific project — camera model, number of cameras, duration, power source, and features. No pre-set packages. Typical turnaround: one business day.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The quote covers hardware (or lease), site uplink, CeePlayer cloud access, support, and maintenance. The price quoted is the price you pay.
Do I need power or internet on site?
Not necessarily. Solar systems operate completely off-grid. AC-powered cameras need a standard 120V outlet nearby. Site internet and IT infrastructure are never required.
Can I move a camera between projects?
Yes. Owned cameras redeploy under a new service agreement. Leased cameras are managed by us between projects.
How long does installation take?
Most cameras are installed and transmitting within a few hours. Solar deployments may take a full day for panel mounting and verification. Professional install is available.
What happens to my images after the project?
They stay in CeePlayer. Retention beyond the active agreement is set per contract. You can download your full archive and final time-lapse at any time.
Do you integrate with Procore?
Yes. Daily progress photos sync automatically to your Procore project album, and imagery can be linked to Observations and RFIs.
Who owns the images?
You do. All images and time-lapse footage captured by CEECAM cameras are the property of the project owner.
