Carl Westerlund co-founded CEECAM in 2012, bringing a deep background in IT infrastructure and software development to the construction camera market. With over a decade of experience building and maintaining network systems for businesses across the Ottawa Valley, Carl leads all technical operations at CEECAM — from camera system architecture and network infrastructure to the development and maintenance of the CeePlayer platform. Carl's engineering discipline is the backbone of CEECAM's turn-key promise: every system is provisioned, configured, and monitored to perform without requiring technical effort from the client.
